Dallas Cowboys Stadium is a state of the art faciltiy that will play host to more than just football games allthough that will be the main attraction hence the name. Texas Stadium was known for having a hole in the roof and now the New Cowboys Stadium is going with the trend of having the retractable roof so fans can enjoy the benefit of having a climate controlled enviroment. Owner Jerry Jones has spared no expense and installed the largest Hi-Def television screen in the world. Although the stadium has yet to sell naming rights, many fans have taken to referring to the project as "Jerry World" in reference to Jerry Jones, A petetion to call it "Tom Landry Stadium" has circulated it would be hard to imagine that Jerry Jones would let somebody elses name take credit for his crowning acheivement.

On October 20, 2008, Cowboys owner Jones and New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner announced a joint business venture called Legends Hospitality Management LLC which would operate the concessions and merchandising sales at the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington, Texas, and at the new Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York. Former Pizza Hut President Michael Rawlings will run the company from its new headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. The company was also backed by Wall Street investment firm Goldman Sachs and Dallas private equity firm CIC Partners LP.
