That inconsistent offense led Ravens Owner Steve Bisciotti to bring in new leadership. Head Coach John Harbaugh knows that his defense will be one of the NFL's best yet again during this 2008 season. The challenge will be getting the offense to perform at an all conference level. The Ravens have 6 picks in the 2008 draft, including the 8th overall pick. If the new coaching staff, specifically Offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron can move the offense from 22ndin the league to closer to the top 10, returning to postseason play should be no problem for the Ravens
